How do you ensure the freshness of frozen fish and seafood during delivery?

Our partners, NNL Logistics, deliver products using specialized refrigerated vehicles. This ensures a continuous cold chain of –18°C from the warehouse to your door throughout Lithuania, guaranteeing the highest product quality and freshness.

How long does delivery take and will I know the exact time?

Delivery in Lithuania is completed within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. The day before delivery, by 10:00 PM, you will receive an SMS message with a precise 30-minute (0.5 hour) delivery window.

What should I do if I receive a food product of unsatisfactory quality?

If you receive a defective food product (before its expiration date), you have the right to contact us via email within 14 days. You must attach photos or a video of the product describing the issue. We will either replace the product with one of good quality, offer a price reduction, or issue a full refund.

Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

Yes, we supply frozen fish for wholesale to restaurants, cafes, shops, and production companies. We offer competitive prices and can provide both standard and customized solutions tailored to your needs.

Can I return ordered products, and will shipping costs be refunded?

Defective food products are replaced or refunded (including shipping costs). High-quality, perishable goods (fish, seafood) are non-returnable. High-quality non-food products can be returned within 7 days; however, only the product price is refunded, and shipping costs are not covered.

If my order contains both fresh and canned products, how will it be delivered?

If your basket contains at least one frozen or fresh product, the entire order will be delivered by our specialized partner NNL Logistics (using refrigerated transport). If your order consists only of dry or canned products, you will have the option to choose delivery via parcel locker or courier.
